Our policies
Pricing
We price by how much space your items take up and what they are. Send a photo and you'll get a firm price before we start. No hidden fees or surprise charges after the job is done.
Scheduling
Same-day and next-day appointments whenever possible. Once you're booked, we confirm a time window and text you when we're on the way. Need to add something on the day? Just tell us and we'll accommodate where we can.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer. Same-day cancellations may carry a trip fee if we're already on the way. Weather-related rescheduling is always free.
Payments
Payment is due when the job is done unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, and digital payments like Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and Venmo. Property managers and realtors with repeat work may qualify for net-15 invoicing.
Safety
We follow safe lifting, loading and demolition practices to protect your property, our team and anyone nearby. Hazardous materials, asbestos and certain chemicals need a specialized disposal service, and we'll always tell you upfront if something falls into that group.
Property care
We treat every home and business like our own: protecting floors, walls and landscaping during the work, and leaving the space clean when we're done.
Environmental responsibility
Whenever possible, we donate usable furniture and household items to local charities and recycle metal and electronics, keeping more out of the landfill.
